Credits: .5 Applied Art Course DescriptionThis course gives students a solid foundation in art: drawing, the elements of design, ceramics, art history, art criticism, and a chance to study a wide variety of artists, styles and media including pencil/graphite, printmaking, clay, acrylic painting, scratchboard and paper collage. This is an excellent course to give students a thorough understanding of visual communication and personal expression.
